Delivery Times

To provide a pleasurable internet shopping experience, Pivale ships orders every business day, Monday through Saturday. That means your purchase will be confirm in your mail and sended after the payment is confirmed, wich lasts three (03) business days normally.

We do not charge any shipping charges when your purchases are shipped to United States, New Zealand and Australia. You can be sure that the price of the product is the same price you will pay on the purchase page. Also, for these countries, we will send your items within 2-4 weeks.

For the rest of world, you will have to pay a shipping charge such as indicated on the purchase page. This shipping charge will vary depending on the shipping country.

For the rest of world, we will send your items within 2-5 weeks.

Estimated delivery times are indicated for each product in their description.

 

Tracking & Notifications

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Pivale is closed on weekend and all major holidays.
